Riverbend Ranch & Retreat provides no-cost, customized retreats for pastors and their families. These retreats offer rest, renewal and optional coaching to help them return to ministry refreshed and revitalized.

Darren Delin
Executive DirectorDarren leads Riverbend Ranch & Retreat as Executive Director. He spent the previous 15 years on staff at Saddleback Church in Southern California.
Darren is married to Deena, and together with their children they are passionate about welcoming people to the ranch and making everyone feel at home.
Tony Sinese
Board MemberAs Executive Chef at AT&T Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys, Tony leads the culinary program for one of the world's premier entertainment destinations, directing hundreds of culinary professionals across dozens of kitchens.
He brings a global perspective to hosting discerning guests, is a frequent guest on national and regional television, and is a noted fine food photographer.
